Never seen a Nangka tree (Jackfruit) so rich on fruits. The tree grows on the lahar seen on the left picture in a manmade hole splitting the hard layer deep until the roots can reach the original soil from before the Gunung Agung eruption in 1963. Besides: The most hard padas layers are mined for the Hindu statues. (Patung Batu Padas, or padas stone statues) |
